Should you find yourself dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of receiving your order, at no extra cost.

Exchange Process:

Should you opt for an exchange, we’ll swiftly process it within 7 days of receiving the returned item. Please note, for exchanges initiated due to personal reasons, a shipping fee of $9 USD will apply.

Return Process:

In the event that you wish to return an item for a refund, simply send it back to our designated warehouse within 30 days of receipt. Upon receiving the returned item, we’ll process your refund within 7 days. Please allow 7-15 working days for the refunded amount to reflect in your credit card statement, as processing times may vary depending on your bank.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, kindly inform us immediately along with photographic evidence. We’ll prioritize your request and aim to resolve the issue within 3 working days. In such instances, we’ll send you a replacement item at no additional cost.

Customer-Initiated Damage:

Please be advised that we are unable to compensate or accept returns for items damaged by the customer.

Shipping Fees:

If the return is initiated by the consumer, they will be responsible for the shipping fee, which will vary depending on the chosen express company.

However, if the goods are damaged or incorrect due to our error, you will not be required to bear any shipping fees.
