1. Credit Card
- Buyers can pay securely by their credit/debit card (including Visa and Mastercard).
2. Apple/Google Pay
- If you are buying from your phone, you can pay through Apple/Google pay.
3. Paying with PayPal
- PayPal supports you to send payment quickly and securely on-line.
- Once your order is submitted, you will be redirected to PayPal’s site where you could make the payment.
- You can trace your payment using your PayPal account.
In the event you decide to return your item for a refund, please send it to our designated warehouse within 30 days of receiving it. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 days. Please allow 7-15 working days for the refunded amount to reflect on your credit card, as the timing may vary depending on your bank.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us immediately and provide a photo as evidence. We will prioritize your request and aim to resolve the issue within 3 working days. In such cases, we will send you a replacement item at no additional cost.
Please note that we are unable to provide compensation or accept returns for items that have been damaged by the customer themselves.
Once shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number.
We ship to all US territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Orders shipped to PO Boxes are sent via First-Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, and UPS SurePost. Unfortunately, we cannot offer express shipping for these locations.
