Natural Remedies For Pigmentation Spots

Everyone especially ladies want perfection in there beauty and pigmentation spots are the thing which every girl wants to avoid on there face and other parts of the body. Pigmentation is the appearance of brown spots on the face, neck or arms, is something unpleasant, especially for women, because they often cannot be concealed even by makeup. Natural remedies are the best thing for the treatment of pigmentation spots.

There are various factors of  Pigmentation spots  the main causes are hormonal imbalance, excessive sun exposure, vitamin deficiency or pregnancy. Today we are giving you  some natural remedies for pigmentation spots.

Lemon juice

Take a Lamon cut it into two pieces and squeeze it into a bowl. Take some cotton disks and dip some in the juice. Apply them to the affected area and leave it for 10 minutes. Then wash it with water. Repeat this process for 14 days. In the case of sensitive skin, mix the lemon juice with honey or rosewater.


Potatoes are rich in antioxidants, and they are very helpful for treatment of pigmentation spots. Cut potatoes into slices and apply potato slices directly on the stain and leave them for 30 minutes. You can also use it with lemon. Apply the mixture twice a week.


The powder of oatmeal can exfoliate the skin. Mix 4 tablespoons of lemon juice with oatmeal and make a paste. Apply the paste gently on the affected area, leave it 10 minutes and then wash it using water. Repeat once or twice a week.


Lactic acid reduces skin pigmentation and buttermilk is a great source of lactic acid.   Mix 4 tablespoons of buttermilk with 2 teaspoons of fresh tomato juice. Apply this mixture to the affected area and leave it for 15 minutes. Rinse with water. Repeat this 5 times a week.We can also if we don’t have buttermilk fresh milk with honey can be used apply this on the affected area and leave it on for 10 minutes. Repeat daily.

Almond Milk

To prepare the almond milk, leave almonds to soak overnight. Peel and mix them in a blender with some water. Add half a teaspoon of honey and 1 teaspoon of sandalwood. Apply the mixture on the spots and leave it for 30 minutes. Repeat treatment every day until you got the desired result.
