If, for any reason, you find yourself dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of receiving your order, without incurring any additional charges.

Exchange Process:

Should you desire an exchange, we will swiftly process it within 7 days of receiving your returned item. Please note that for exchanges initiated due to personal reasons, a shipping fee of $9 USD will be applied.

Return Process:

In the event that you opt to return your item for a refund, kindly send it to our designated warehouse within 30 days of receiving it. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 days. Please allow 7-15 working days for the refunded amount to be reflected in your credit card statement, as the timing may vary depending on your bank.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us immediately and provide photographic evidence. We will give priority to your request and endeavor to resolve the issue within 3 working days. In such cases, we will send you a replacement item at no additional cost.

Customer-Initiated Damage:

Please be advised that we are unable to compensate or accept returns for items damaged by the customer themselves.

Shipping Fees:

In the event that the return is initiated by the consumer, the consumer will bear the responsibility for the shipping fee. The specific fee will be determined by the chosen express company.

However, if the goods received are damaged or incorrect due to our error, you will not be required to bear any shipping fees.
